A large apartment usually fails at the same point: the living and dining are open to each other but nothing tells you where one ends. This concept solves it with ceiling and light rather than with walls. A single continuous stone floor runs through, and two sculptural pendants mark the two zones from above. The balcony is planted heavily enough to read as a garden and detailed to the same standard as the interior, so on a Bengaluru evening the doors open and the apartment gains a room.
Four decisions
that shape it.
Zoned from above, not divided
Ceiling changes and two large light fittings separate living from dining without a partition eating the plan.
The balcony detailed as a room
Same floor finish, real planting depth and proper lighting — which is what makes people actually use it.
Warm stone throughout
A single continuous floor carries a large open plan; changing material mid-room makes it read smaller.
Lighting as the only sculpture
With the palette this restrained, the fittings can carry the drama, and one strong move per zone is enough.
Walk through it.
The same home resolved through every principal room, so the palette and the detailing hold together rather than changing at each door.

The Whitefield Residence
A three-bedroom apartment for a family that actually uses every room — soft ivory and oak, fluted panelling, and storage worked into the architecture rather than added to it. View the concept → Master bedroom Visual in development 04ConceptThe Indiranagar Edit
A compact two-bedroom worked in blush, champagne and walnut, where curved furniture and one restrained brass line do the deco work without the theatre. View the concept → Second bedroom Visual in development 05ConceptThe Calm City Home
An Essential-level two-bedroom proving the point that restraint is not a budget compromise — pale oak, textured neutrals, modular storage and as much daylight as the plan allows. View the concept →Prefer to see homes we have actually built and handed over?
