What does ModScale actually deliver — design, or execution?
Both. ModScale is a turnkey studio: we design the home, produce the joinery, manage the site and hand over a finished result. One team is responsible from the first floor-plan conversation to the final snag.
How is an interior budget calculated?
Budget is driven by carpet area, the scope you take up, and the specification level of materials and hardware. Two homes of the same size can differ substantially depending on finish, storage volume and how much is custom-made. We establish an initial quotation at the first discussion and refine it after the site visit.
What is the minimum budget for a modular kitchen?
It depends on the kitchen’s size, the board grade, the shutter finish and how much internal hardware you include. Rather than quote a number that will not hold, we look at your kitchen layout and build the figure from the actual run of units.
How do I choose materials and finishes within a budget?
Concentrate spend where it is touched and seen daily — kitchen shutters, wardrobe internals, the living room feature wall — and specify sensibly elsewhere. Our Material Library sets out what each option genuinely gives you, so the trade-offs are explicit.
Tell us about your home.
We will take it from there.
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing — you leave it with a clear view of what your home could be, and what it would take.
